Training
With better than a decade of in-classroom experience, Northwoods Consulting's Dan Newland is able to deliver consistently excellent training across a wide range of technologies and student knowledge levels.
Dan was the first Microsoft Certified Trainer in the state of North Dakota. He has taught both workforce and college courses on various Microsoft certification topics.
Dan's instruction history extends back to teaching History courses as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, and spending two years early in his IT career teaching application and Internet courses. He recently completed his History Masters degree, and gave a presentation at the 2008 Northern Great Plains History Conference titled "Wind at Work on the Plains: George Manikowske's Mighty Aerolite Wind-Electric Plant." You are, I am sure, sorry you missed it.
Upcoming courses that Dan will be teaching are listed on the Skills and Technology Training Center Website. While not all Microsoft Certification courses there are taught by him, if you take a Windows Server, Exchange or SQL course he will most likely elcome you to the class from the instructors chair with his battered green coffee cup at his side!
